DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 21 January 2026, Tuesday, the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of the Coffee Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.
