DECLARING SATURDAY, 31 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 31 January 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Lian, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 31 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lian, Province of Batangas.
