DECLARING MONDAY, 29 DECEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PEDRO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 29 December 2025, Monday, the City of San Pedro, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 12th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pedro be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 29 December 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pedro, Province of Laguna.
